Job descriptionJob DescriptionF&amp;B Manager&nbsp;Scope of JobsThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the F&amp;B operations of our newest restaurant located at Columbia Secret Valley. The role is responsible for managing operations within budget while upholding the highest quality standards, and for inspiring the F&amp;B team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.&nbsp;Location: Columbia Club House at Columbia Secret Valley&nbsp;Key Responsibilities· Forecast, plan, and manage all daily F&amp;B operations, including banqueting and special events.· Oversee menus, procurement, and equipment purchases to ensure quality and cost efficiency.· Ensure smooth operation of systems, daily monitoring of operations, and timely resolution of issues.· Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, proactively seek guest feedback, and build rapport.· Handle guest complaints effectively to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.· Continuously drive improvements in service standards and guest experience.· Lead, train, and motivate the F&amp;B team to achieve excellence.· Create a positive and motivational working environment that supports growth and accountability.· Ensure adherence to company policies, licensing regulations, and security procedures for cash handling, stock control, and premises management.· Implement and maintain HACCP and Health &amp; Safety policies and procedures.· Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to support seamless operations.· Maintain structured documentation related to overall operations, including staff training, procedures, and compliance records.· Attend job-specific training programs and participate actively in team communication meetings.KEY REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience· Proven experience as an F&amp;B Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality sector, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.· Strong background in banqueting operations is highly desirable.· Up-to-date knowledge of food &amp; beverage trends, innovations, and best practices.· Solid ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and control costs effectively.· Comprehensive understanding of F&amp;B operations management, including compliance and quality standards.<ul><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul>· Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing teams.· Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills &amp; Knowledge· High level of customer service orientation.· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, POS· Commercially astute· Strong leadership and team management skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.· In-depth knowledge of F&amp;B operations, HACCP, and safety regulations.· Problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.· Budgeting and cost-control expertise.&nbsp;Behavioral characteristics&nbsp;· Customer-Centric Mindset· Communicative· Flexible· Adaptable&nbsp;&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.Interested applicants may email their CV at jobs@columbia-restaurants.com&nbsp;&nbsp;Industry<ul><li>Food and Beverage Services</li></ul>Employment TypeFull-time&nbsp;
