The Role FunderPro is looking for a senior, hands-on Content &amp; Communications Manager to own how we speak to the world. This role sits at the intersection of content, campaigns, product communication, and brand trust. You will be responsible for shaping our core messaging, raising the quality bar across all written output, and acting as the final quality gate on how FunderPro is presented publicly. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who writes exceptionally well, thinks clearly, and understands how communication directly impacts credibility in financial products. You will report to the Head of Marketing and may later be involved in hiring and mentoring one or two junior writers. What you will do<ul><li>Own FunderPro’s written voice across campaigns, product communication, and brand messaging</li><li>Write and ship high-quality emails, campaign copy, landing pages, blog posts, and announcements</li><li>Lead communication for new products, rule changes, promotions, and service updates</li><li>Shape and refine affiliate and creator messaging, including narratives reused publicly</li><li>Act as a quality gate for all outward-facing copy, challenging unclear, risky, or weak messaging</li><li>Work closely with marketing, product, risk, and community teams to ensure clarity and consistency</li><li>Translate complex or sensitive topics into clear, confident, trader-facing communication</li><li>Help define content direction and priorities while remaining deeply hands-on day to day</li></ul> Approximate split: 70 percent hands-on execution, 30 percent planning and direction.
