ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client,&nbsp;a forward-thinking, fast-growing business and technology consultancy firm at the forefront of innovation, is seeking an experienced and motivated&nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;to join their&nbsp;team&nbsp;in Nicosia, Cyprus (Hybrid). Project Manager - (Ref. code: 6124/PM/ESS/CY) Role Overview: We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects for both public and private sector clients. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring effective resource utilization, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery in line with business and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</li><li>Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and communication plans.</li><li>Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.</li><li>Lead project meetings, track progress, and provide accurate status reporting and documentation.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and high levels of satisfaction.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Must-Have Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within IT, digital transformation, or consulting environments.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello).</li></ul>Nice-to-Have Qualifications:<ul><li>Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).</li><li>Experience delivering public sector or tendered projects.</li><li>Understanding of government procurement and public sector processes.</li><li>Technical background or prior experience in a consulting environment.</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17691622197890037257NjM?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>
