We are an internationally operating shipping company with offices in four countries and more than 3,000 employees on our cruise vessels. We offer high-quality cruises, covering everything from ship design to crew. That is what makes Scylla unique. The vessels, including crew and services, are marketed internationally by various tour operators including our inhouse tour operator VIVA Cruises. Our fleet of 47 ships is expanding, and we are constantly on the move and looking for new opportunities. To support our HR department in our ambitious plans for the future, we are expanding our crewing team.&nbsp;Main tasks and responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure mandatory crew documentation is on file prior to crew embarkation</li><li>Researching travel solution and booking flight, train, bus tickets for our crew</li><li>Preparing and sending out travel information to crew, vessel, operations, and agents</li><li>Participate in cross-training to enable step up vacation support for Crewing Officer position</li><li>Cross-checking invoices for crew flights and uniform deductions</li><li>Online registration and de-registration of our crew with the health insurance company</li><li>Provide administrative support to Crewing Officers &amp; Visa Control Officer where possible.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Your profile<ul><li>Experience in crewing department or in shipping</li><li>A degree in Shipping, Human Resources or any related field is an advantage</li><li>Good organizational and communicational skills are required</li><li>Flexible and able to cope with pressure when immediate changes are needed</li><li>A team player with attention to detail and an independent working style</li><li>Fluent in the English language (verbal and written).
