Ltd, one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a dynamic professional for the position of Human Resources Officer (Junior level) for its hotels in Paphos.&nbsp;Job Summary:The Human Resources Officer will have a critical role in supporting the HR Department by managing all aspects of the employees’ employment life cycle for the Louis hotels located in Paphos.The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for team members and management, providing guidance and support in various HR functions.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Welcome European and Third Country team members and assist with the arrangement of the transfer to their accommodation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Arrange for the third country team members’ medical tests and registration on GESY as well as any other government portal needed.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new team members employees with the company policies and procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Serve as a point of contact for team members regarding concerns, grievances, and questions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate vacation and repatriation logistics of third country and European team members.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as a liaison with the local Labor Office as well as migration and immigration for bureaucratic issues if needed.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.&nbsp;Qualifications:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in employee relations, HR, or a similar role is desirable.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in Greek and English.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Understanding of HR best practices and employment law, and regulations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; EU Citizen or eligibility to work within the EU.&nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a>&nbsp;, mentioning the title ‘Human Resources Officer (Junior Level), no later than March 26th 2026.*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence***
