The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of IT initiatives and help optimize the organization’s technology environment.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.</li><li>Provide first- and second-line technical support to users across departments, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and backups.</li><li>Communicate with external vendors and manage service contracts.</li><li>Monitor system performance and provide regular status updates to the IT Manager.</li><li>Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and related systems.</li><li>Maintenance and support Microsoft 365 &amp; SharePoint.</li><li>Work alongside with the Operation and IT Department to assist with relevant projects</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>1 - 2&nbsp; years of experience in system administration or IT support</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and SharePoint site administration will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and independently, depending on the task</li><li>Experience with Moebius, Navision and Jira Services Management will be considered an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, DORA) will be considered an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;LocationThe position is for the offices of the Company in Nicosia.&nbsp;RemunerationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.&nbsp;To apply click <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://app.ismartrecruit.com/jobDescription?x=E7pcmVkaHJzb2x1dGlvbnMubmV0XzkwOV9QUk9NT1RFVVJMX2VuQ9e">HERE</a>&nbsp;Apply now in strict confidence.Only successful candidates will be contacted.
