Key Responsibilities:
Familiar with large-volume cooking equipment in a modern kitchen
Knowledgeable in all kitchen tasks and menu recipes
Prepare starters, salads, soups, cold dishes, bread, and pastries for buffet or service
Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards
Able to replace the Team Leader and cover for colleagues as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate of a Hotel School
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Very good knowledge of local and international cuisine
EU citizen or an EU work permit holder

Kanika is a name that is synonymous with hotels, construction and development in Cyprus. A name that echoes five decades of operation and continuous growth. Founded in 1962 by Mr. Theodosis Karaolis, Kanika has grown in size, reputation and service.
