Job Description
Vardas Seacret is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.
We are looking for a professional who is passionate, strong in organization, and committed to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Mediterranean menu items.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Ensure excellent food presentation, portion control, and consistency.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with management on menu updates, specials, and improvements.
- Monitor food cost, minimize waste, and ensure budget efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and modern kitchen techniques.
- Leadership skills with the ability to build and guide a team.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude and commitment to high standards.
