Vardas Seacret is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.
We are looking for a professional who is passionate, strong in organization, and committed to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service. Develop and maintain high-quality Mediterranean menu items. Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff. Ensure excellent food presentation, portion control, and consistency. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness. Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control. Collaborate with management on menu updates, specials, and improvements. Monitor food cost, minimize waste, and ensure budget efficiency. Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef. Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and modern kitchen techniques. Leadership skills with the ability to build and guide a team. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
