Job Description

Tasks:

·                 Caring for raw materials

·                 Control of products for their quality

·                 Head Chef briefed on raw material shortages

·                 Execution of instructions by the Head Chef

·                 Collaborate with all kitchen members

·                 Carrying out preparations according to the manner indicated

·                 Keeping the space clean

·                 Preparation of hot and cold dishes

·                 Placing orders

·                 Ensure proper storage of all food and other items

·                 Compliance with dietary guidelines and hygiene rules

·                 Performing other kitchen tasks, if assigned

Skills, Knowledge, and Personality Characteristics:

• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Dexterity and ability to handle cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Team spirit, embodying excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concepts with clarity and enthusiasm.
