As we introduce new products and continue growing in the local market, we’re expanding our Sales team &nbsp;and we’re searching for a confident B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships and driving results.&nbsp;&nbsp;JOB DESCRIPTION:<ul><li dir="ltr">Conduct outbound outreach to potential employer clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.</li><li dir="ltr">Use lead generation tools for contact enrichment.</li><li dir="ltr">Hold structured discovery calls to understand hiring needs and recruitment challenges.</li><li dir="ltr">Present Ergodotisi’s job posting packages, bundles, and employer-branding solutions.</li><li dir="ltr">Prepare tailored proposals and communicate pricing/value clearly.</li><li dir="ltr">Manage and track all leads, activities, and pipeline stages in CRM.</li><li dir="ltr">Achieve monthly targets for new business and renewal sales.</li><li dir="ltr">Cooperate closely with Customer Support and Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding.</li><li dir="ltr">Participate in outbound campaigns and contribute to improving lead generation activities.</li><li dir="ltr">Maintain a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in Cyprus.</li><li dir="ltr">Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and client needs. &nbsp;</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li dir="ltr">Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). </li><li dir="ltr">Previous B2B Sales experience is a plus.</li><li dir="ltr">Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li dir="ltr">Very good communication skills and an extroverted personality</li><li dir="ltr">Experience with&nbsp;Zoho CRM or&nbsp;Lusha is an advantage.</li><li dir="ltr">A proactive mindset and drive to achieve results. &nbsp;</li></ul>BENEFITS:<ul><li>Competitive salary&nbsp;</li><li>Competitive sales incentive scheme based on generated sales.</li><li>Clear career growth paths within Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Strategy.</li><li>Opportunity to represent a strong and trusted brand in the Cypriot market.</li></ul>Join us to represent a strong local brand, sell valuable hiring solutions, and grow your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
