Job Description

Qualifications:

  • University degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as on office administrator, office assistant ,or relevant role.
  • Good knowledge of Greek and English language.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and answering emails.
  • Preparing invoices.
  • Preparing the daily tasks.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Carry out any other administrative task and maintain the smooth operation of the office.
  • Maintains records, documentation such as employees files.
  • Professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
