Corporate Administrator
Job Description
A leading group in the legal, consulting, and advisory services is looking for a talented corporate
administrator to join the corporate team. The ideal candidate will report to the Head of the
Corporate Department and/or Directors of the Group. If you have the required skills, then we look

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o General secretarial duties such as drafting, scanning letters, copying etc and maintaining an orderly filing system
o Responsible for the electronic filing and for the filing of the hardcopies of corporate certificates and overall administration of the corporate files and other documents (such as agreements, POA, resolutions etc)
o Responsible for the collection and preparation of documents for the incorporation of companies and other certificates or agreements
o Drafting legal documents such as resolutions, minutes, share certificates, POA in accordance with Group’s templates and in accordance with instructions as provided by the legal team
o Manage the correspondence between the office and the clients
o Liaising with the Registrar of companies and any other government authority on behalf of clients
o Assisting in the monitoring and processing of invoices
o Any other administration work that might be needed on behalf of the clients and as instructed by the Head of Department or Directors
CANDIDATE PROFILE
o Proven experience of at least 4 years
o Practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
o Knowledge of offshore jurisdictions and familiarity with the incorporation procedure of foreign entities in offshore jurisdictions will be considered as a must for this position
o Fluent in English and Greek language
o Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Suite
o Knowledge of Zygos would be considered as an advantage
o Strong organizational skills
o Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
o Personally responsible, highly organized, punctual, able to multitask and work well under pressure
o Knowledge of basic accounting functions
