Job Description

Working with the bank: monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, tax payments, due diligence;
Working with an accountant in Cyprus: provision of the documents for yearly audits and other documents requested by the accountant/auditor; 
Working with corporate administrator: ordering documents, services, checking the invoices of the corporate administrator;
Working with suppliers: checking the accuracy of issued invoices, reconciliation (1-4 suppliers), control of timely invoice-payments; 
Working with partners: control of loan payments, sending, requesting and checking relevant documentation;
Registration of settlements in USD, CNY, JPY and other currencies (if applicable);  
Drafting documentation (loan agreements, assignment agreements, distribution agreements, letters, etc.) if necessary;
Payment of salaries and social insurance contributions;
Supporting dormant and inactive companies of the group. 

Requirements:

Russian and English language is a must
Greek language is a plus
Strong command of Excel 
 

Salary 2000-2500 NET based on the interview results
