Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established Retail Company, specialising in the import and sales of mattresses, bedding products, fitness equipment, and furniture, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team based in Limassol on a Part-Time basis. As an Office Administrator, you will handle a range of administrative duties including, entering receipts and monthly collections into the company’s system, creating, and registering new contracts in the system, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Our client is seeking applicants who possess prior experience in a similar role, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will need to be fluent in Greek, with any knowledge of English considered an advantage. Working hours are from 08:00 – 14:00 from Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 – 13:00 each Friday.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Enter receipts and monthly collections into the company’s system.
  • Create and register new contracts in the system, including all required customer and guarantor information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records.
  • File and organize all contracts and receipts.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an additional advantage.
  • Very good computer skills and proficiency in office software applications.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Very good command of the Greek language. Knowledge of English will be considered an additional advantage.
