Project Manager (Construction)

Join our team at ELC CONSTRUCTION LTD, a family-run business, founded in 2002 and based in Larnaca.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and inspirational professionals to be part of our team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead project planning, including the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and adherence to project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule work activities, allocate resources, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings, to track project milestones and ensure accountability.
Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel, including foremen, technicians, and labourers, to promote teamwork and foster a culture of excellence.
Ensure that all projects comply with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, ETEK registered.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in site engineering or construction management roles.
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Project, and Excel (Microsoft 365).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Leadership qualities with a proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the construction industry.
