Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities by maintaining constant communication with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Actively plan and follow up on daily/weekly tasks to ensure the construction schedule is progressing smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor and control project budgets in collaboration with the Construction Management team, ensuring accurate forecasting and spending oversight.
• Ensure all construction activities meet design specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain and update on-site documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, checklists, and photographic records.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure alignment across design and execution.
• Flag potential delays, design conflicts, or site risks early and coordinate with relevant parties to find practical solutions.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating smooth, real-time communication between all parties.
• Supervise and guide junior site staff or technical assistants assigned to the project.
• Conduct frequent site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site-based roles within the property development or construction industry.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365.
• Membership in ETEK or equivalent professional body.
• Experience with project management tools like Procore will be seen as a plus.
