Job Summary:

 

Sands Restaurant at Atlantica Bay Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to support the daily operation of the restaurant and ensure exceptional service standards. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the restaurant team, maintain guest satisfaction, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the outlet.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed and coordinate restaurant operations during service
• Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation
• Train and guide team members on service standards and menu knowledge
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving departmental goals

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant environment
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent English additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused approach
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities
