Job Description

eCREDO Ltd is a European Electronic Money Institution (EMI) providing digital financial services across Europe. We are looking for a Back Office and Customer Support Officer to support our daily operations, assist clients with account-related matters, coordinate payment-related requests, and contribute to the smooth delivery of our services.

Responsibilities

·       Monitor and facilitate client onboarding procedures

·       Provide comprehensive client account management and support

·       Liaise with external service providers and internal teams.

·       Monitor clients’ account transactions (SEPA/SWIFT Transactions) ensuring timely execution and proper reconciliation.

·       Manage & Monitor card back-office operations, including transaction processing, potential fraud, settlements, and scheme-related activities.

·       Reconcile client accounts, safeguarding accounts, and settlement accounts on a daily basis.

·       Coordinate with internal team members for payments related matters

·       Update internal policies and procedures

·       Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.

·       Recommend certain plans based on customer needs

·       Gathering and documenting customer information and reactions to services

·       Respond to client queries, concerns, and requests.

·       Inform existing clients about new products, services, or updates.

 

Qualifications & Skills

·       Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

·       Previous experience in a back-office, client support, payments, or operations role, preferably within a financial institution, EMI, or fintech environment.

·       Familiarity with SEPA, SWIFT, and card payment flows.

·       Experience with card operations, fraud monitoring, and reconciliations will be considered an advantage.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes.

·       Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
