We are seeking a skilled Property Lawyer to manage and oversee a wide range of real estate transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating property-related agreements, ensuring legal compliance, and handling all aspects of land registry procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate sale agreements, lease agreements, and other property-related contracts
Conduct legal due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches and risk assessments
Manage and process applications with the Land Registry, including transfers, registrations, and encumbrances
Advise clients on property law matters, rights, and obligations
Liaise with land registry officials, government authorities, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable property laws and regulations
Support clients throughout the transaction process from initial agreement to completion.
Requirements:
Law degree and admission to the Bar
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
