CreditSense builds AI-driven cashflow underwriting technology for lenders. Our SaaS platform turns raw bank transaction data into a Predictive Cashflow Score™, helping banks and lending companies reduce defaults, increase approvals, and standardize decisions across their operations - in seconds, not hours. What you will do

• Post day-to-day transactions in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities
• Perform daily/weekly bank and payment platform reconciliations
• Run the vendor mailbox and accounts payable end-to-end
• Execute month-end closing tasks in ClickUp, adhering to strict working-day deadlines
• Assist with client-side accounting, scaling towards full ownership of the process
• Prepare banking payments and compile contractor payroll data
• Support VAT filings and audit requests

What you need

• A degree in accounting
• 1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Solid double-entry fundamentals and genuine comfort with reconciliations
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Accuracy and a deadline-driven way of working
• The instinct to ask rather than guess - we would far rather answer a question than unwind a wrong entry

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Multi-entity or multi-currency accounting background
• Greek, Russian, or Ukrainian language skills
