We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to be based in at our Onasagorou Store in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer service for Western Union transactions including money transfers, payments, and compliance checks
Handle Akis Express and UPS Express courier services, including parcel intake, processing, tracking, and customer inquiries
Process transactions through the appropriate systems with attention to accuracy and security
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite and professional manner
Assist with store operations and provide support to management as required
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Certificate
Ability to work independently
Fluent in Greek and English
Computer skills (Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
