Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers, suppliers, and external technical departments, ensuring timely and effective coordination
Coordinate and administrate technical support requests, ensuring accurate information, proper follow-up, and resolution within the agreed 24-hour SLA
Provide end-to-end support management, coordinating with relevant teams and external partners to ensure issues are effectively resolved
Handle customer complaints by identifying appropriate solutions and clearly communicating the proposed course of action and technical rationale
Maintain accurate records and use technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support efficient issue resolution and a seamless customer experience
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Dynamics or similar business systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage requests within agreed SLAs
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to collaborate with customers, suppliers, internal teams, and external technical partners in a fast-paced environment
