Requirements
Recent graduate or postgraduate (or equivalent qualification)
Fluent in English

We’re seeking motivated Junior Traders to join our team. As part of our intensive three-month training program, and working alongside our international team of experienced traders, you’ll gain the skills needed to trade independently and thrive.
You will have to spot trading opportunities, and execute trades within a structured risk framework
You will learn how to interpret news, price action, volume and volatility and control your risk
In this position, it's all about patience, focus and also lightning-quick decision-making

Final selection process
