Back Office & Customer Support Officer

TenTrade is a global multi-asset financial services and online trading company, providing clients with access to a range of financial markets through modern trading technology. We serve an international client base across multiple regions.

The Role

Responsible for providing client support and assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries via email, chat and telephone.
• Assist with account opening, verification and KYC.
• Support deposits, withdrawals and account-related requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve client issues.
• Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous Customer Support or Back Office experience, preferably in Forex/CFDs or financial services.
• Good knowledge of KYC and client onboarding.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and computer skills.
• Client-focused with good attention to detail.

Working Hours & Location:

• Monday to Friday, 12:30–20:30.
• Remote working available.
