Καθήκοντα:
- Προετοιμασία και παρασκευή πιάτων από το à la carte μενού
- Διασφάλιση της ποιότητας και της σωστής παρουσίασης των πιάτων
- Τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων
- Διατήρηση καθαρού και οργανωμένου χώρου εργασίας
- Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα της κουζίνας
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Γνώση παρασκευής à la carte πιάτων
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματισμός
- Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και οργανωτικότητα
