Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, commercially minded individual to join PHILOSHOPIC as an Account Executive.

This is a B2B, customer-facing role focused on managing existing client relationships, driving account growth, supporting retention, and managing day-to-day commercial matters.

The role is suitable for both candidates with relevant professional experience and high-potential graduates who demonstrate maturity, strong organisation, commercial curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Main Duties

• Account Management: Own the day-to-day commercial relationship for a portfolio of international PHILOSHOPIC customers.
• Proactive Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with clients and track open matters until fully resolved.
• Customer & Delivery Liaison: Understand customer requirements and feedback, communicate them clearly to our Delivery team, and identify opportunities for renewals, account growth, and additional solutions.
• Financial Coordination: Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely billing and lead consistent follow-ups to secure timely collections.
• Client Education: Keep customers informed about relevant PHILOSHOPIC products, capabilities, features, and developments.
• Digital Presence: Support website news and social media content using AI-assisted tools and approved PHILOSHOPIC brand assets.

Skills & Personality

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Confident communicating with customers at different levels and through various channels.
• Execution: Highly organised, detail-oriented, persistent, and disciplined with follow-ups and commitments.
• Mindset: Commercially minded and curious about how PHILOSHOPIC creates value for customers.
• Autonomy: Self-motivated, takes ownership, and exercises good judgement independently.
• Adaptability: Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively and eager to grow into greater commercial responsibility.

Computer & Platform Skills

• Business Tools: Comfortable using, or confident learning quickly, systems such as Pipedrive, Zoho Books, Jira, and Confluence.
• AI & Content: Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to draft, refine, and repurpose content.
• Productivity: Tech-savvy and confident using standard productivity tools such as MS Office and/or Apple iWork.
• Social Media/Web: Comfortable preparing, reviewing, and publishing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X as well as web content using Wordpress.

Academic Background

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience will be considered an advantage but is not essential.

Work Environment & Location

• Location: Based at our PHILOSHOPIC office in Nicosia.
• Hours: Regular office hours with built-in flexibility.
