Job Description

• Bookkeeping and maintaining accounting records for local and international clients on a daily basis.

• Preparation of bookkeeping files and accounting records for audit purposes.

• Bank, debtors and creditors reconciliations.

• Liaising with local tax authorities on client’s issues and tax requests.

• Preparation and submission of VAT, VIES, MOSS and Intrastat Returns.

• Assisting with tax compliance work including the preparation of tax forms, returns and tax computations to determine or confirm taxable profit.

• Perform other job-related duties and ad hoc projects as requested. 

Requirements

• University degree in the field of Accounting or Finance.

• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role.

• In the process of ACCA studies will be considered as an advantage.

• Fluent in both Greek and English.

• IT literacy.

• Strong interpersonal and professional skills.

• Must have very good analytical skills and time management skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and as a team member

• Be able to work independently, with the ability to priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of accounting software such as E-Soft will be considered as an advantage.
