Job Description
Our Cyprus office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant.
Job description:
- Bookkeeping
- Reconciliations including Payroll Reconciliations
- VAT / Tax submissions (for companies and individuals)
- Payments
- MIS reporting
- Inputting accounting entries in our accounting software (SOFIA CYCOM)
- Process monthly payroll & payments to employees / authorities.
- Respond to clients’ inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and/or LCCI Higher in Accounting
- Very good command of both English and Greek is essential
- 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll is preferred
- Familiarity with SOFIA CYCOM or Pantheon accounting software will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles will be considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively
