Job Description
Duties / Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records for a portfolio of clients
- Maintaining proper records of clients’ books in accounting software
- Perform bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations
- Prepare and submit VAT and VIES returns in compliance with Cyprus regulations
- Liaise with clients to obtain accounting information and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines
Qualifications / Skills required
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of Greek and English languages
- Organizational and communicational skills
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. BTMS)
Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with the company’s other departments
