Accountant / Accounts Receivable Administrator
Job Description
The successful candidate will support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts receivable for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and smooth collaboration with colleagues, clients, owners, and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
• Handle basic bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and account transactions
• Maintain accurate financial and account records
• Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reports
• Prepare and send account statements and related correspondence
• Respond to account-related emails professionally and promptly
• Assist with accounts receivable administration and follow up on pending account matters
• Support the finance team with general administrative duties
Requirements:
• Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
• Fluent written and spoken English and Greek
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial records
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Optional: familiarity with accounting software
