Qualifications:
University Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
LCCI Higher or equivalent qualification
Relevant experience, preferably with a medium or large size contracting company will be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Accounting Principles and VAT
Knowledge of Navision will be considered an advantage
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
Fluency in Greek English, both verbal and written
Excellent communication, organizational skills
Pleasant personality, professionalism and able to work under strict deadlines
Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining accurate accounting books and records for the companies of the Group
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Recording of invoices, receipts, payments and preparing monthly bank reconciliations
Preparation of Debtor/Creditors reconciliation
Liaise with the Company's and Group's internal and external auditors
Perform and execute the monthly / weekly payroll calculations (including all the relevant submissions to the local authorities).
Preparing quarterly VAT reconciliation and submitting VAT returns
Regular reporting to the Senior Manager about status, progress and completion of accounting work
