Job Description

o   Bookkeeping of various transactions (deposits, receipts, e.t.c)

o   Preparation of monthly reconciliations for banks, cash accounts, receivables and payables.

o   Posting suppliers' invoices and preparing payments.

o   Posting various expenses.

o   Liaising with customers and suppliers.

o   Liaising with banks.

o   Issuing checks for customers and suppliers.

o   Monitoring of customer/agent balances.

o   Daily communication with Agents/Clients.

o   Assists Accounting Manager in daily tasks.
