Administration Assistant to the Deans
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administration Assistant to support the Deans in a dynamic University environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative and organizational support, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Deans’ offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Deans including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Handle communication with academic and administrative departments
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with reports, presentations, and academic documentation
- Support day-to-day office operations in a confidential and professional manner
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
- Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional attitude with a high level of discretion
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience in an academic or educational environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Salary
Gross monthly salary: €1,250
