Administration Officer
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with other members of the UCLan Cyprus administrative support team, as required, to ensure that course and student records administration is effectively supported.
• Provide support for academic administration in relation to the induction, admission, registration and progression of students, as well as assessment procedures.
• Daily cooperation with UK colleagues to ensure smooth operations between campuses.
• Provide clerical support for data input/retrieval to/from computerised information systems.
• Deal with enquiries from staff, students, external clients and members of the public in a courteous and helpful manner.
Qualifications
• Degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant professional experience.
• Significant recent administrative experience in a busy office environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English Language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, large databases and the Internet, excellent knowledge of working with reports.
• Positive and outgoing personality, with strong sense of duty, responsibility and reliability.
Gross annual salary: €17,000 - €18,000
