Perform administrative support for payroll and employee records
Manage Time & Attendance system and ensure data accuracy
Maintain and update employee payroll records and filling
Enter employee and payroll data into internal systems
Handle submissions in the ERGANI Information System
Requirements/qualifications:
University degree (Bachelor /Master) in any relevant field
Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Previous experience in software systems management
Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently
