Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative support for payroll and employee records
  • Manage Time & Attendance system and ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and filling 
  • Enter employee and payroll data into internal systems
  • Handle submissions in the ERGANI Information System

     

Requirements/qualifications:

  • University degree (Bachelor /Master) in any relevant field
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
  • Previous experience in software systems management 
  • Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently
