Job Description
On behalf of our client, FxCareer.eu is seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator based in Nicosia to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling both administrative and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and well-organized working environment.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
• Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and office documentation.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
• Liaise with external partners such as suppliers, service providers, and clients.
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (invoicing, expenses, registrations to relevant authorities like Tax Department and Social Insurances).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
