Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Assistance Compliance Officer. This is an entry-level role, and training will be provided, so no prior compliance experience is required.
Responsibilities
Review online forms and documents for accuracy
Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Input documentation to the online AML software
Maintain simple records and reports
Assist the team with compliance checks and updates
Communicate with team members via email or online tools
Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
Basic computer and internet skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Good written communication skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Basic administrative or office experience
Familiarity with spreadsheets or online tools
