Job Description

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for managing hotel reservations while also assisting the Front Office Manager with the daily operations of the Front Office Department. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent guest service.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage hotel reservations through phone, email, online platforms, and travel agents
  • Ensure all reservation details are accurately entered and updated in the hotel system
  • Monitor room availability and occupancy levels
  • Assist in maximizing room revenue and occupancy
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with the daily operation of the Front Office Department
  • Support front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs when required
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare reports and assist with administrative duties.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate from a Hospitality Management school or in a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in reservations.
  • Fluency in the English language. Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Experience with hotel reservation systems will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • EU Nationality or an EU Work permit Holder.
