We are looking for an Assistant Inventory Controller to join our Parts Department team in Nicosia.

Scope of the role:

The Assistant Inventory Controller is responsible for the end-to-end administration and operational oversight of the company's parts and accessories inventory. The role involves logistics, administration and analysis and will report to the Inventory Controller. 
The successful candidate, with the supervision of the Inventory controller, will be actively involved in stock management, coordination, remanufactured parts oversight, accessories administration, and the generation of meaningful reports that support operational decision-making. The role also contributes actively to the identification and implementation of process improvements that enhance the overall performance of the parts function.
The successful candidate will be agile, have an eye for detail, and is well organized to ensure timely execution, as well as thorough and clear communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all parts categories and monitor stock levels on an ongoing basis to ensure availability aligns with operational demand. 
• Analyse current stock levels and consumption patterns through the system reports and recommend optimization strategies where applicable. 
• Oversee the administration and ordering of remanufactured parts. 
• Monitor accessory stock levels across locations and coordinate replenishment proactively. 
• Coordinate and conduct regular stock takes at branch locations with the supervision of the Inventory Controller. 
• Continuously review existing parts and accessories administration processes and identify areas for improvement 
• Propose and support the implementation of process enhancements that improve accuracy, efficiency and turnaround times. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are effectively communicated and adopted

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or purchase role or a similar position. 
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or MBA will be considered an advantage. 
• Fluent in Greek and English language skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are essential. 
• Proven record of attention to detail, and organizational skills. 
• Analytical with the ability to detect trends and patterns.
