We’re growing our business and looking for a Shift Leader / Delivery Co-Ordinator to join our team in Limassol (Mesa Geitonia) and Nicosia (Engomi)

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen, restaurant, or delivery-focused food business
Knowledge of Greek and/or English.
Comfortable using POS systems and delivery apps
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and ability to support the team.
Organized, reliable, and ready to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Set up your section at the beginning of the shift and ensure it is fully ready for operations.
Ensure all cleaning duties in your section are completed to hygiene and safety standards.
Communicate stock levels with the kitchen and update aggregator devices accordingly.
Coordinate all orders received through aggregator devices
Maintain continuous communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Correctly package, store, and dispatch orders to the appropriate delivery aggregators.
Manage and respond to customer and aggregator feedback during your shift.
Follow up on internal email communication and take action where required.
Complete POS end-of-day procedures accurately, including cash-up reconciliation.
