Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Management of all aspects of bar operations, including appearance, cleanliness, preparation, and service in all areas of the bar.  
• Supervision, training, and motivation of bar staff to ensure consistency in quality, service, and presentation.  
• Maintaining smooth and professional working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.  
• Maintaining daily records of sales, customer feedback, and other relevant information.  
• Performing any other duties assigned to you by management related to the bar or catering department.
