As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the Food & Beverage Department, contributing to our renowned dining experience. Our restaurants serve hundreds of guests daily, offering efficient service and a wide variety of food and beverages across multiple outlets. By providing genuine hospitality and professional service, you will become a valued ambassador for Kanika Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in building an effective team and fostering staff welfare and development
Ensure staff receive training and possess the skills needed for efficient performance
Oversee department operations to meet performance standards
Optimize restaurant layout and furniture arrangement for space efficiency and guest comfort
Deliver exceptional service to each guest and handle customer complaints effectively
Qualifications and Experience:
Hotel Management School graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective people management abilities
Proficient in Greek and English (verbal and written)
Excellent computer skills
EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
