K. Treppides & Co Ltd, the Largest Independent Consultant Cyprus-based International Firm is currently hiring an Audit Manager to join us in our Nicosia Office.

Annual Gross Salary Range: € 39,000 - € 52,000

Final salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience, in line with our transparent pay structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the work of a group of individuals, monitoring their work within the audit department of the Company, and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure that the audit assignments are completed in a timely and within the deadlines set by the client
• Review all work (audit/taxation/accounting/financial reporting/compliance) before submission to Audit/Taxation/Financial Regulation and Advisory Director for further review
• Cooperate with the Financial Department in order to ensure that the audit assignments are completed in a timely and within the deadlines set by the client.
• Cooperate and provide information and assistance to the Tax Department Managers in order to enable the completion of tax assignments
• Work closely with Directors, Principals, Senior Managers and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development.
• Meet with company clients and deal with any issues that the client is raising.
• Reports to Principal/Director on daily tasks and client issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance/ economics or any other related field from a reputable university
• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Minimum 2 years of experience after qualification in a reputable audit firm
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent use, both oral and written, of Greek and English languages
• Strong personality with the ability to take initiative and identify solutions
• Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
