Role: Automations and Optimizations Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Automations and Optimizations Officer to manage and improve our marketing automation systems. You will help deliver targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp, support lead engagement, and improve internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contacts, segments, templates, and workflows in our automation platform
- Run bulk campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Build and optimize automation workflows to support business goals
- Track performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and suggest improvements
- Maintain clear process documentation
- Stay up to date with automation tools and best practices
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Digital Marketing or related field
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Brevo, or similar)
- Understanding of lead management and customer journeys
Nice to Have:
- Experience in education or B2C campaign
- Basic HTML and SQL knowledge
- Background in education, student engagement, or B2C lifecycle campaigns.
