We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate  Barman/Barwoman - Head Barman/Barwoman to join our team at NALU Hotel in Latsi. If you are enthusiastic about mixology, guest service, and leading by example, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional bar service to all guests.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the bar area.
• Complete all mise en place preparations before each service.
• Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and specialty drinks to the highest quality standards.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and the full beverage menu while confidently advising guests.
• Promote beverage specials, food offerings, and hotel events to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
• Supervise and coordinate bar operations, ensuring efficient service throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare daily requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Train, support, and motivate junior team members in service standards, beverage knowledge, and teamwork.
• Process guest orders, billing, and cash transactions accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally or escalate them when necessary.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures, hygiene standards, and GDPR requirements.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or vocational qualification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in bar operations, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities with the confidence to train and support team members.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
