Beauty Therapist – Spa Department

We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist to join the Spa Department of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high standard of beauty and wellness treatments in line with hotel and spa standards
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalized care
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas
• Promote spa services and retail products
• Occasionally cover the Spa Reception, including guest bookings, handling inquiries, and coordinating appointments

Requirements:

• Certified Beauty Therapist (relevant diploma or qualification required)
• Previous experience in a hotel or spa environment will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude
