Job Description

Ajax Hotel 4* in Limassol is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist to join our Spa Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional facial and body treatments in accordance with hotel and spa standards

• Perform massage therapies with a high level of professionalism and guest care

• Deliver manicure and pedicure services

• Support Spa Reception operations,, including guest bookings, appointment coordination and handling guest inquiries

• Promote spa services, treatments and retail products

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable guest experience

• Assist with basic administrative duties related to the operation of the Spa

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a hotel environment

• Certified Spa or Beauty Therapist with experience in facial treatments, body treatments, massage therapies, manicure and pedicure services

• Very good command of the English language

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to support Spa Reception operations and reservation management

• Positive attitude, professional appearance and team spirit
