Job Description

Vassos Eliades Ltd is seeking a driven and Brand Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring strong market presence, and delivering profitable growth across assigned product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability
• Manage the full marketing mix including product, pricing, promotion, and distribution
• Plan, monitor, and control brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights to inform decisions
• Track ROI on marketing activities and optimize spending accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in FMCG brand management or similar role
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration Package

A competitive salary is offered based on skills and experience which includes 13th salary, Company Car, Medical Insurance and Provident Fund.
