LaikoCosmos is looking for its next team member! The position concerns a Brand Manager (Beverages section) for the company, based at:

 📍Dali Industrial Area

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Develops, presents, effectively executes and evaluates the annual Marketing Plan of the brand/brands he/she is responsible for.
• Manages effectively the approved marketing budgets.
• Works closely and efficiently with the Global Marketing Teams, following the global brand guidelines and provides thorough monthly reporting.
• Maintains clear communication channels with the rest of the Commercial team as well as with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Constantly monitors and achieves brand’s sales targets through the guidance and support to the sales team.
• Is aware of the current market trends and closely monitors and reports competitors’ activation.
• Is present, visible and active in both the Off Trade and On Trade.
• Thinks in a creative way, takes initiatives, and presents his/her ideas to his/her supervisor
• Always ensures excellence in market execution.
• Develops merchandising standards for the various types of outlets and prepares proper marketing material and other relevant POS material.

✅ Main Skills and requirements for the role:

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• A 2 year minimum experience in an FMCG Company. Experience in the On Trade will be considered a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.
• Computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially in excel and powerpoint.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the P&L.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Results-focused with leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be present and work in the On Trade.
