Job Description

PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, the largest group of franchised restaurants and cafés in Cyprus, is seeking a Social Media Executive to join its team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will report directly to the Social Media Manager. The position offers an attractive remuneration package and benefits.

What you’ll do     

• Plan and manage social media content across multiple brands.
• Develop content calendars and engaging social media captions, and coordinate content publication across platforms.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, content creators and influencers.
• Support campaign launches and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile and Tripadvisor.
• Support community management by ensuring timely and appropriate engagement across social media channels.
• Analyse social media and campaign performance, prepare reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate  

• Has a degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, New Media or a related field.
• Has 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Has experience coordinating influencer collaborations.
• Is familiar with TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile and Tripadvisor.
• Understands current digital marketing trends, social media strategy and best practices.
• Has strong writing and communication skills in English and Greek.
• Has a positive attitude, an eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
• Can manage multiple tasks and work across different brands.

An additional advantage: Experience filming and producing short-form video content for Reels and TikTok. Candidates with relevant examples of their work are encouraged to include them with their application.
